MEL-PRIME is a solvent-based, ready-to-use adhesive designed to prepare surfaces for W. R. MEADOWS waterproofing and air/vapor barrier systems. It helps improve adhesion by sealing and dustproofing concrete, masonry, and metal surfaces in one simple step.
